Järvenpää Art House

Järvenpää Art Society (Järvenpään Taideseura ry) is a community of both amateur and professional artists, founded in 1958. The society aims to foster and sustain the visual arts in the region by organizing exhibitions, educational programs and courses, competitions, and interdisciplinary art events. The association collaborates with various art organizations and other cultural operators.

The society’s premises are located in the Järvenpää Art House, a building that once served as the municipal doctor’s office. In addition to exhibition spaces and artists’ studios, the Art House also offers rentable facilities for printmaking and ceramics. The monthly changing exhibitions provide a refreshing overview of contemporary art and its creators.

Järvenpää Art House actively shares information about upcoming events through the society’s website and social media channels.
