The Story of the Lotta – Always Demand the Most from Yourself

he Lotta Museums main exhibition The Story of the Lotta – Always Demand the Most from Yourself is an experience-based and touching exhibition built on the personal experiences of the Lottas. The exhibition is a comprehensive presentation of the history and activities of the Lotta Organization and the impact it had on the post-war society.

Outdoor exhibition (open, free admission)

The outdoor exhibition gives visitors a glimpse of the life of the Lottas working on ambulance trains and at railway stations, helping the evacuees. Memories and diary entries written by the Lottas help visitors understand what life was like on the ambulance trains.

Opening hours: Oct-April Tue-Sun at 10 am – 5 pm, May-Sept Mon-Sun at 9 am – 6 pm

Students and pensioners, conscripts and those in non-military service 6 €
Children (ages 7–18) 2 €
Free admission: Lottas, Junior Lottas, members of the Soldier Boy units and war veterans
